This creamy, high protein, whipped feta and white bean dip recipe is so easy to make and so delicious! Perfect for serving at a party or just an afternoon snack, all you need are a few simple ingredients and a blender or food processor to whip up this addicting dish.

Why Choose a Feta and White Bean Dip?
White beans are a powerhouse of nutrients with high fiber and plenty of protein, plus when blended they have this beautiful, creamy consistency that is arguably better than hummus. The feta adds that wonderful salty and tangy flavor that is just so addicting. Plus being a hard cheese, feta is high in protein and lower in fat making it a great choice for adding flavor without the unhealthy calories. Adding Greek yogurt and extra virgin olive oil add another level of protein and healthy fats to the dip, as well as uping the creamy factor even more. This dip is perfect for serving with crackers or vegetables and is quickly going to become a favorite for snacktime or parties!
